Mr. Lamond is a geologist, educated at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to managing Diaz, Mr. Lamond was President of Czar Resources Ltd. from 1974 to 1995, and President of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1990 to 1998. Both companies focused on the Canadian natural gas business and were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

- Mr. Teare is formerly Executive Vice President of Diaz Resources Ltd. Tuscany Energy Ltd., Mr Teare is a Director of a number of junior resources companies. Mr. Teare, a chartered accountant with 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

- Mr. McPherson is an independent businessman. He was President of Nycan Energy Corp., a public oil and gas company listed on the TSE, and a number of private oil and gas companies. Mr. McPherson has been active in the petroleum industry since 1974.

- Mr. Calvert is an independent businessman and has been a self employed consultant or otherwise employed in the brokerage and corporate finance industry for over 25 years.
- D.K. Clark

- Mr. Clark is also Vice President of Operations and COO of Diaz Resources Ltd. and Tuscany Energy Ltd. Mr. Clark, has 23 years of oil and gas experience, received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, 1977, and began his career in the oil patch with Texaco Canada.
